General Assembly

Dear members,
We would like to remind you that our 24th General Assembly will take place on Thursday, October 16th at 17.00 in the Living Lab.
Attached here you will find the official agenda, the proposal for the Code of Conduct, the proposed change to Article 26 of the Policy Manual regarding the CCP’s, the Financial year report of 2024-2025 and the Secretarial year report of 2024-2025.
Please ensure that you read all these documents thoroughly as during this GA, all will be voted upon.
Questions and requested changes regarding the proposals must be submitted in advance via an email to secretary@sa-ncf.com. This requirement is due to the strict time constraints of the General Assembly.
We kindly remind all committee boards of our attendance policy: at least two members from each committee board are expected to be present at the GA.
This GA holds significant importance, as it will have a lasting effect on the foundation of NCF, as can be seen in the agenda. This is your change to help shape our future!
