The NCF board supports the committees, manages the study association, and represents the association as a whole. The board also organizes the General Assemblies, where members can make decisions on policies and bring up ideas. Every year, the new board members are chosen through an application procedure, which is carried out by the current board and a selection committee.

My name is Thirza, and I will be the NCF Chair this year. I chair meetings, keep general oversight of the study association and the board, and I represent NCF to the university and other student organizations. My name is Madelon and I am the Secretary and Vice Chair for the 2025-2026 academic year. In this position I am responsible for overseeing memberships, managing email communication and a diverse range of projects that pop up during the year. This year for example I will be leading the transistion of our memberships to a new software system. I also provide support to our chair Thirza wherever needed.
