Dear NCF members,

As a study association we are able to apply for grants from the University of Groningen, which we have done again around two weeks ago. We have received back that certain documents drawn up in previous years (secretarial and financial year reports) were not in the correct format and/or miss certain information and have to be redone. We have revised them to correspond to the guidelines of the grant, but this means that our members (you) have to vote on them, as they are now changed. These documents will follow in a separate email shortly, so you are able to read them in advance.

To vote on the revisions, we have scheduled an emergency GA for next week. This GA will take place on Thursday 4 December from 12.30-13.15 in the living lab, in which we need you to vote on the revisions of these reports. This will take no more than 20 minutes.

A reminder again that, as always, all committee boards should have at least two members from the committee board present.
