The NCF board supports the committees, manages the study association, and represents the association as a whole. The board also organizes the General Assemblies, where members can make decisions on policies and bring up ideas. Every year, the new board members are chosen through an application procedure, which is carried out by the current board and a selection committee.

My name is Agata, and in this academic year I will act as NCF’s Chair. My set of duties covers overseeing all processes happening inside of NCF, helping to coordinate and fulfill the board’s tasks, and representing our organization.
This year I am on a mission to make NCF a space for you to network, find interesting opportunities, and grow professionally and personally. I want our association to be a social hub and a fun place to be.

My name is Sophia and I am the Secretary for the 2026–2027 academic year. I am responsible for managing memberships, email communication, taking notes, and supporting the board wherever needed. I also help make sure that communication within NCF stays organized and that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
This year, my goals are to make communication with members more accessible and efficient and support stronger connections between the board, committees, and NCF members. Most importantly, I hope to contribute to making NCF an open and welcoming community.
