Meet our Confidential Contact Persons
NCF wants to introduce to you our new confidential contact persons. They are here to ensure the well-being of our members. If you need someone confidential to talk to, experience any issues such as undesirable behaviour within NCF or are not sure how to handle a certain situation, they are the first point of contact. They will also attend big events, so if necessary you can always go to someone of them there. Get to know them on this page!
You can always email them at confidentialcontactperson@sa-ncf.com, or approach them at Campus.
Hi everyone,
My name is Pijka and I will be one of the confidential contact persons within NCF. Community is one of the, if not most, important and valuable aspects of our beautiful study association. And to maintain this, it is crucial to make sure everyone feels safe to speak up in cases of discomfort. That can be a bit intimidating and in an effort to break down that barrier, the two other CCP’s and I will make sure to be there for you in any situation. Anything you tell me in this context will stay between us. And if you want action to be taken, you will not have to do this alone. Making sure you feel safer through this is not something I joke about, unlike my ability to put up a good karate fight, because the latter is debatable and I hope I don’t have to pull that move 😉
Sincerely,
Pijka Hei
Hi
I’m Esther, one of your confidential contact persons at NCF, alongside Pijka and Titia. We’re here whenever you need someone to lean on or just need a listening ear. Our priority is to ensure that you feel safe, heard and respected when you reach out to us. Rest assured, anything that you share with me (or one of the other CCPs) will stay between us and remain completely confidential.
If you do not know me yet, here is a little about me:
I look forward to meeting you and I will be here for you whenever you need me – please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need me. (Or if you want to lose at Just Dance)
Sincerely,
Esther
Dear NCF members,
Let me introduce myself: I am Titia Groenhof, a 24-year-old Climate Adaptation Governance student. I live in a small town near Leeuwarden named Feanwalden, with my parents and German shepherd. My bachelor’s was also obtained at Campus Fryslan, at the Global Responsibility & Leadership program. I was in the 2020-2023 cohort, together with some amazing fellow students.
Besides studying, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I am a very enthusiastic game player, I’m always in for a round of Monopoly. Next to that, I am also on the board of my local soccer club, and do some volunteering at the club.
Ever since the big protests surrounding the topics of safety in Iran, and the protests in Groningen after the layoff of Susan Tauber, social safety has been an topic of interest to me. I am also very glad to contribute to this as a Confidential Contact Person at NCF.
Do you have any concerns about your social safety? Are you experiencing bullying, sexual harassment or anything else you just need a listening ear for? Feel free to contact me!
With love,
Titia Groenhof
Our values at NCF are focused on sustainability, responsibility and diversity which we aim to incorporate in our vision.
